Our goal is to make the entire process—from placing your order to receiving your delivery—as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Shipping Costs
At Lorenlopez, shipping is completely free for all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order value, and your items are shipped directly to your home.
Processing and Shipping
Found a new favorite item? We’ll make sure it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Our standard processing and delivery times are as follows:
- After your order is placed, it is processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays are often processed the same day, while orders placed over the weekend may take slightly longer.
- Once processing is complete, your package is shipped. Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days.
After shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can follow the status of your package at any time via our logistics partner. All details are available on our tracking page.
If you require same-day delivery, please contact us by phone and we will check whether this option is available.
Delivery
Once your package arrives, you can enjoy your new look right away. If an item doesn’t fit or you wish to arrange a return, all relevant details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged Delivery?
We’re very sorry if your package arrives damaged. In such cases, we will send you a replacement product free of charge for the first occurrence. A refund is not issued at this stage. If the issue occurs again, we will of course provide a full refund.
How to Place an Order
Ordering from Lorenlopez is quick and easy. Simply select your desired product and add it to your shopping cart.
Review your selection, choose the appropriate variant, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and click “Continue to Shipping.”
You will then see confirmation that shipping is free. Click “Continue to Payment” and select one of the available payment methods:

After placing your order, you will be redirected to the selected payment provider’s page. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase. If you experience any technical issues, our customer support team is always here to assist you.
Package Not Arrived?
If your package is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, we will send a one-time replacement at no additional cost. If your order does not arrive within 60 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
