Canceling an Order

Would you like to cancel your order? As long as your package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel at any time. Simply email us your order number at info@lorenlopez.com. If the item has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately. If your package has already been shipped, you can return your clothing through our standard return process.

How Do Returns or Exchanges Work?

You may return or exchange any clothing item within 30 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

Please note the following return conditions so we can process your request smoothly:

  • The clothing item has not been worn or used (trying it on is, of course, allowed).
  • Original tags and protective packaging must not be removed.
  • Please return the item, where possible, in its original packaging, including any accessories.

This means you can carefully try on your new clothing at home, but it should not be worn for daily use before returning it.

If your return or exchange meets all conditions, please contact our customer service at info@lorenlopez.com. You will then receive a return label and further instructions regarding the process.

Refund

Once your return arrives (please use a shipping service with tracking and send us the tracking number), we will promptly check the condition of the item. After a successful inspection, you will receive confirmation by email. Your purchase amount will then be refunded within 14 days.

Received a Defective or Incorrect Item?

In rare cases, clothing may arrive damaged or an incorrect item may be delivered.

Don’t worry — we will take care of it right away. Please email us at info@lorenlopez.com and include a photo of the item, your order number, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the case as quickly as possible and arrange a fast solution — in most cases, we will send you a replacement item free of charge.
